about usWe are a family of six: man, woman and four daughters who live in a small town northwest of Indianapolis, IN. We believe and support family values based on living consciously, respectively and authentically. Wanting to further instill these values into our family life,we began a Family Yoga practice on May 1st, 2011. This blog highlights our experience in the adventures of self discovery both within ourselves and our four children. We want to share our joy and wonder of life, humble insights, trials and tribulations as we awaken each day within our practice. We hope to inspire not only ourselves but others to walk in beauty on mother earth, create community, loosen our resistance and help make the world a better place for our family and yours.
